Terms and Conditions

  1. Products on this website are available in two types: in-stock and pre-order.For in-stock items, customers will generally be notified within 3–5 days to pick up their order at the Mong Kok collection center.For pre-order items, delivery usually takes 2–3 weeks by air shipment from Japan to Hong Kong.If you are unsure about the pickup time, please contact the store manager before making a purchase (WhatsApp @5116-3180).
  2. Pre-order items usually take 2–3 weeks to arrive by air shipment from Japan, but delays may occur due to production issues or supplier problems. In such cases, orders may be postponed or, if unavoidable, cancelled. We kindly ask for your understanding. Should this happen, the store will arrange a full refund.
  3. Once the goods are ready, we will notify customers via WhatsApp to collect their order. Please collect within 7 days from the notification date at the Mong Kok collection center. After 7 days, a storage fee of HK$5 per day will be automatically charged. If you need to extend the pickup period, please contact the store manager via WhatsApp in advance, and we will try our best to accommodate.
  4. If the goods are not collected within 3 months from the notification date, ownership will be considered forfeited, and the goods will be discarded. The store will not provide any compensation. Please take note.
  5. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, China.
